Save time and buy a new Upstrem Sensor 02.
Manifold, Manifold Gasket and Gasket/Converter O-ring, they all fit together. It's a good idea to buy a PCV valve and air filter as these are easy to replace once you've removed all the parts needed to access the manifold. Buy a top O2 sensor to save time, the sensor couldn't be removed and broke. Some are made in China but appear to be of decent quality.
