Review on Labor Guru Web Scheduling by Marcus Rash

We have been using their services since 2014 without any issue at all. Their support is very responsive & they can help with almost anything that you would need assistance on within your own IT department or outside resources. I am currently working remotely from home due to COVID-19 but still needing some minor software updates performed by them which are being done now as well! Nothing I dislike about this product so far however it does not yet allow me access remotely & therefore i do most everything locally when needed. This helps our remote team stay safe while we work together remotely through video conferencing platforms like Zoom/Skype etc. I like how easy it is! The interface makes finding what you need simple as pie (and even easier than that). It's very user friendly once your familiar with everything - if there was anything i disliked about this software we would try something different next time around but so far no complaints at all!! We are able improve our staffing by using more efficient scheduling methods which means less overtime pay out per week or month.
