Review on BeElion Switcher Camera Splitter Processor by Ron Collins

Contacted BeElion seller to confirm that the device auto-switches/sequences as described. They said it wouldn't work that way I had to switch them manually. It's not like that at all. There is an "Auto" button on the right side of the device. Simply select input 1 or 2 on the front panel. Then click the Auto button. Then nothing changes, but,,,,,,, hold the auto button for a few seconds and then release it. The switches/sequences are fine. The fact is that in the device software you can change the sequence time. We set it to 5 seconds for a commercial application connecting 2 surveillance DVRs and a large screen TV in an external surveillance office. We ordered 2 of these and one worked 100% and the other, the remote control function, didn't work. We work in the electronics services industry and did an RF test with the included remote control and found it to be fine. Either the remote control does not match the device or the radio receiver in the device is defective. It's not worth disconnecting from a commercial installation and waiting for a replacement. Our client would only get upset if half of their new system didn't work.
