I like that it allows me to see all my jobs in one place which makes scheduling easier than other systems we use.

It's also great if you need to do some work from home as well - no more leaving your laptop at home! The only thing that could be improved would be if they had better support around Australia (we're located out of the main centres) or maybe have them expand into those areas? We've been using this software since 2012 but have recently moved away from an older version due to changes made by ArchiSys with newer versions being much more intuitive. This was not something we were looking forward to but so far its working out fine.
