Review on πŸš— Hikity Android Single Din Touch Screen Car Stereo: 7" Flip Out Radio with Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS Navigation, Mirror Link, and Backup Camera by Paul Lewis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value at $

So I pulled the trigger based on the price and the Land Rover review from the guy below - I have an old BMW, a Sunday cruiser and really just wanted that one Upgrade your head to a device with Bluetooth, nothing more - for the price of a plain old Kenwood soundboard, I picked this up thinking that if the additional features were as good as promised, they'd be a bonus. The device arrived FAST and was well packaged. Includes GPS antenna, mounting bracket, rear view camera, single DIN mount and disassembly tools. Wiring was straightforward, following the diagram on the unit itself and the advice in other reviews to ensure the blue antenna wire is connected to the power supply. The UI is out of the box, but I chose to run the autostarter like some others - I like the start screen more than the default one. The selection of apps in the Google Play Store is wide and there is enough storage space for everything you want. Even standard standalone GPS works fairly reliably. I'm attaching a few screenshots of the default home screen, launcher, and an app or two. Since enjoying all the features of this device, I've been incredibly impressed with the functionality at this price point. It's pretty darn close to my other Android devices in other cars that cost a lot more. Whether you're looking for a modern single DIN solution for an old retrofit or a budget alternative to Alpine, Kenwood and Sony, check these out. This is great value for money. Finally, thanks to the seller for EXCELLENT customer service - I was expecting little to no support for product issues, but was pleasantly surprised when any issues I had were resolved within a day and to my satisfaction. Five stars for a great seller who stands behind their product.
