I have 2 63lb fat tire electric bikes. Looking for a strong, lightweight stand for the back of my camper van. This shelf is easy to assemble and use. I've ridden over 100km since I bought it with no problems. On my first ride I didn't properly attach my arm to the outside bike (the top tube was completely missing) and managed to get about 8 miles down the road before I stopped to refuel and saw the outside bike tilted , but luckily secured with tire clips. The only concession I make is that with these secure hand hooks you can position bikes in different directions and you need to remember which direction the rear bike needs to go to match the hand hook position. Otherwise I'll either have to move the heavy bike around or remove and replace the hand hooks. But this problem is relevant for any bike rack.
