Well after chasing my deaf dog all over my yard (luckily fenced in) I had it with this collar. We have had him for 8 months now and his work cannot be relied on. Yesterday at the kennel my dog tried to attack another dog and no vibration stopped him (because he stopped working again). I brought it home, replaced the batteries (in just a week and a half), tested it, it seems normal. Walked outside and at first she was nice and approachable, and then bam she kinda knows when she stops working and flies like a rocket (except she's deaf she's a border guard). I just changed the batteries last night and she didn't twist or scratch the thing to turn it off, it just turned itself off. When I finally got her it started again, but there's no goddamn reason for that. No, I can't recommend it.
