The ease with which I can search through all my emails (both personal & work) without having separate accounts/apps - this has saved me time! It's also very intuitive as well allowing us access from our mobile devices too easily via an app called "Onnapin". Nothing at present but would be interested if there was any way we could use more than one email account within ONA - perhaps by adding another tab? We are able to keep track everything that comes into each other inboxes including attachments etc.- This helps ensure compliance requirements such as GDPR regulations regarding retaining records about individuals who interact / communicate electronically wirh ourselves/our clients.
