Failing Product
This is a great looking little part, but unfortunately it just doesn't work. The first one I ordered had a card reader that just didn't recognize the cards. Satechi sent me a replacement. After about six weeks, the exchange also failed. First the card reader element stopped recognizing cards and then none of the ports worked. This time Satechi didn't respond to my email asking if they think it's just bad luck or if they know this product just doesn't work. No response, so I'm guessing they know the hub is down.
