Review on πŸ”‹ 36V Golf Cart Battery Meter: State-of-Charge Indicator by Mike Bogan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly what I needed (instructions included)

Delivered in 3 days, nicely packaged in bubble wrap. As others have said, there are no instructions, no wiring, no connectors. With the right tools, you can easily install them yourself. Once installed, it works great and matches ads. Here are the steps required to install a 36 volt golf cart. Requires: β€’ -18 gauge wire works well β€’ Spade terminals with crimping tool β€’ 2" hole saw (or whatever you prefer) Cut a hole exactly 2" and install a meter. Measure the battery terminals to make sure you are connecting the wires to a 36 volt source. Run one wire (preferably red) from the positive terminal and one wire (black or green) from the negative terminal. I stripped the wire just a few inches, disconnected the battery cable at the terminal, looped it around the post and retightened. Crimp the flat plugs onto the wires using crimping pliers. You connect the red to the positive terminal of the meter (look carefully you will see the markings) and the black to the negative terminal. Ready! β€’ Red left - time to charge β€’ Green - everything is fine but needs charging soon β€’ White - fully charged β€’ Red right - charging
