Purchased to secure inserts in a 2001 Ford F-250 with a 5.4 liter V8 engine. Was factory sized for the exhaust manifold stud inserts (who knew Ford used helical coils on their cylinder heads from the factory) and worked well. Installation with thread lock is recommended. (By the way, removing the exhaust manifold on a 5.4 liter V8 is a pitiful job in a car, and you literally have to cut the old manifold to pieces and smash it open to gain access to the remains of the bottom rusted nuts. I had to use a welder to weld nuts to the remaining studs and pray I can figure them out.The Ford Tough that was built means it's so difficult to own and repair that you end up being a tougher person due to the pathetic engineering are!)
