does not stop dog bites

I purchased this to prevent my dog from biting other people and other dogs. it is well constructed and looks tough. it takes a bit to get it fitting well and from slipping off. I connected it to the collar. it stops my dog from barking, since my dog doesn't like it at all. it took my dog a long time to get accustomed to it.The reason for my low rating is that is doesn't prevent my dog from biting. it was able to bite another smaller dog and do damage even with the muzzle securely attached.
