Warms well for sports
I am 5'7" and 220 pounds. I risked it and it fits perfectly! I have XXL. I can say it will keep me warm because I'm already sweaty after 5 minutes sitting in it π. I'm heavier on the bottom and smaller on top. If you have more abdominal weight and are about my weight, I do not recommend buying it. I hope this was helpful to someone.
