unstable - defeats the reason I ordered it

I thought I read a lot of reviews before buying but now that I have the issue I see others have had the same issue. I bought one from Revain. This is hard work. I like the exit. It only took a few seconds to snap the handle into the base. The base is solid and firmly welded, but that's a pretty big step forward. The handle has too much play. It wobbles back and forth - just enough to make you feel off balance. I contacted Revane by phone. I found out it's non-refundable but it's not too bad for you. This means they don't want to pay for the return postage. The support rep ordered me another one for free and said I could donate the shaky one. I put it on the street. In my area, things are picked up in less than 24 hours. This stool stayed for 4 days before someone took it. I received my second stool and it was exactly the same as the first. This time I called the manufacturer to see if I was doing something wrong, missing a plug or something. They responded but I spent HOURS on the phone with them. They say the handle isn't lengthened, so that's fine. You don't seem to get the point. A comment from more than one person that you shouldn't use a pen to stand on a stool just to steady yourself after you've already stood up - sorry. That is not right. That's a big step. how will you get up The only reason I bought the version with the handle was to help me stand up. Follow up. I personally went to the local medical supply store. They didn't have this bariatric version, but they did have a similar one, model 13031SV-KD. The handle is stable and secure. Here's what I'll get. Do not buy this model.
