Damaged tip
One of the tips of the straight heads (large) was either damaged when received or the tip was bent and deformed on the basswood. I'd guess that's how it came across as I've never tested it before, but it looks like someone tried to use it for something really complex. If he can't handle lime then he certainly can't handle anything stronger. So far I've only used straight heads and the smaller one seems fine so far.
