After reading many reviews; good and bad, I decided to buy this hair dryer on July 20, 2019. I'm not thrilled about it, but I'll keep it to myself. The first thing I don't like about it is that with low fan settings and high temperatures, the air doesn't heat up at all. With a strong fan / high heat, however, it gets quite warm. (This is the opposite of any hair dryer I've owned.) The second thing I don't like are the attachments. I use both regularly and the area where they connect to the hair dryer seems to wear out quickly and they soon become detached or fall out. positive points. It's good for my hair. Unlike many other people, I like the layout of the buttons.
