For those wondering about proper air pressure, I've pumped it up to 10psi and so far it seems correct. I haven't used it that much though, so be aware that your mileage may vary and be wary of potentially over-inflating. If you do not have the correct pump AND inflation needle, you should order both at the same time so you are not delayed in using it. You also need a hook. I think the ideal height for the top hook is about 8 feet - when I hung it on the hook about 6 feet high I had to double the top strap. This works great, although I think it restricts movement and speeds up the speed of the bag's vibrations that way (physics!). I secured the bottom strap with a training sandbag. The quality of the bag and straps seemed acceptable, although as I said I haven't used them that much. Much luck! Right now I mostly skip the sack and get airborne, even with short and controlled shots. It takes patience to get better at it.
