Edit 12/1/18 Replaced OEM idler. Less than 10,000 miles and Gates Spanner is leaking oil. Yes, I followed the bleed instructions prior to installation - funny that the Subaru OEM part doesn't have this problem. That thing is just junk and will ruin your engine, don't buy it. Faulty tensioner, sometimes the belt will slap hard at startup until the tensioner starts working again. One fine day, either not, or the belt will slip and my motor will die. Trust the 9% one star ratings, skip it and buy the OEM kit. Yes, it's more expensive than this kit and cheaper than a new motor.
