On first use, the device reported an incorrect result for a battery tested in an auto repair shop. I ran the test two more times on the battery and got similar results to the store analysis. Maybe the first launch was just an accident. Two more tests with fresh batteries gave results consistent with new batteries. I'll probably do 2 out of 3 tests when thinking about future use. The test only takes 5-10 seconds, so three tests is still faster than a trip to the grocery store. Apart from the first test results, the device works as expected and is very easy to use. I've used it on spilled lead acid and lead acid AGMs.
