Difficult Learning curve but worth perseverance once you get used

The best thing about this software is that it has an easy to use interface, which makes learning how to navigate through its features very simple for new users as well! I dislike everything else because of all their glitches they have in terms of functionality or navigation issues within certain sections (e.g., searching employees).
It would be nice if there were more training options available online so we could learn faster without having someone teach us step by step what each button does/etc. This program helps with onboarding our staff members at work since many times people are not familiarized yet when coming into any job interview process.

Pros

Very user friendly; especially useful during employment interviews where candidates don't know exactly who's interviewing them.
Easy access good customer service team behind you every time too :)
