Review on Bissell Part 218-5600 - Genuine Calcium Water Filter for Bissell Steam Mop Cleaners: 1865, 1867, 31N1, 21H6, 46B4, and 39W7 Series by Peggy Petty

I read a lot of reviews and thought that the people who gave the bad rating probably bought the wrong product or hooked it up wrong. However, I only received mine less than 6 hours ago and totally understand what they were talking about. This product cannot be Bissell's 1867 Steam Mop OEM. See the attached picture for verification, this filter has a ring around the valve stem. making it impossible to place a water tank to let water through. If it was a true OEM, the manufacturer would know about it. The one I received didn't have a red o-ring around the shaft, it was black. Send this back and encourage others to confirm with seller before purchasing. I do not recommend this product
