The ease of use is wonderful as it integrates with our ticketing system so that all tickets are available to you at your fingertips in one place, which saves time! Also there's integration for other products like Slack or SMS text messaging services - this makes life easier when we need an agent out somewhere remote who can't access emails easily but has internet connectivity via their mobile phone (as most agents do). Sometimes I wish there was more information about what happened during previous calls; however they're adding new features almost weekly now, which helps keep me up-to date! It also feels really good knowing my data isn't being used by any third parties without consent from myself first.
