I doubt it's new, looks like it was refurbished by a Chinese company.
Works so far but I seriously doubt it's a new product. It comes in the original Microsoft case with a Chinese sticker attached. The foam around the vents and ports looks like they were put on by a first grader. If I had known that, I probably would have paid more for the original Microsoft version.
