Early review and update

I'm tired of switching different nonstick pans (Deen and Ray) because they scratch even when used/cleaned with nonstick safe products and have decided to stop using nonstick pans for me to use. While cooking in a cookware from this Le C company, I need something more affordable to reheat homemade soup or leftovers. After some research, good reviews, bad reviews, and the price, I decided to give Excelsteel a try. I promise to update after using the pans but so far I'm very satisfied. A lightweight? Sure, they're not as heavy (and I didn't expect them to be) as cast iron, but they're heavier than Deen and Ray's products and my great-aunt Anna's stainless steel set. They arrived with no dents or dings. I'll admit I was surprised to see the indentations in the pans where the handles "attached" to the pan, but then I remembered how much I had spent on dishes. Further? Possible interest? Stainless Steel Cookware on YouTube for seasoning, cooking and cleaning tips. Update February 13th: I used 3 pans to heat one or the other and hand washed them. So they're not as shiny as new, but I hang them on my industrial shelving so I can't see the discolored floors. Tonight I decided to give them a quick clean with Bartenders Friend and they look like they just came out of the original packaging.
