Doesn't escape but good quality
Effective harness for my two 8 month old kittens. Lucy (my girl) ran away so not ideal but hopefully she gets a little bigger and it won't be a problem. Easy to turn on and off. They are not stretchy but allow for growth as the velcro is a good size.
