I bought these platforms for my Zebra Finch who was having trouble balancing on his perches. One of her legs is injured and now she cannot sit down at all. She started living at the bottom of her cage and I didn't know what to do. While she doesn't use the platforms voluntarily, when I remove her cage she takes off and stays there so I can take out her tray and clean it. You were a lifesaver for that. She doesn't have to struggle with balance when using the platform and that gives her an option other than Bass if she decides to be adventurous. The rest of the time she loves to hide under the bottom one, so win, win.
