So.I wanted an elegant, brilliant light for a navy hallway with no window or skylight. This did just the trick! 🥰 It is 20 inches across and 5 to 6 inches long (from the crown to the tip of the longest crystal) AND IT IS HEAVY WITHOUT THE CRYSTALS ATTACHED! I am very, very happy with it. It was delivered in a heavy corrugated box with plenty of cushioning; each crystal ball (about the size of a small egg-perfectly round though) was in it's own pocket and all the other crystal strands were rolled in cushioning materials with extreme care. Crystals were packed and there were no fingerprints on them; also came with gloves to handle the crystals. Once you bend metal tabs for placement I wouldn't bend it back, as the tab may break off. (.if it breaks, a Christmas ball hook ($1 store) is a good substitute) Be careful with the initial bend and adjustment of the crystal strands. This chandelier is dimmable, just make sure you purchase dimmable lights and a dimmer switch. Price is reasonable for the look and quality. I'm thrilled. 🤗
