Attempting to replace hinges Omega Cabinetry
The product itself is excellent. I bought the Blum hinges to replace the direct hinges on my existing Omega cabinets. This is not the case if you need to pull out the old hinge and install a new Blum hinge. Even after adjusting the Blum hinge, the cabinet doors didn't maintain the same clearance as the old hinges. Either the gap was too big or there wasn't one. Just so people know there's not always an easy fix to retrofitting slow-close hinges. There are minor differences that may not be noticeable until you actually install the hinges.
