I have big hands but I don't have the biggest hands I've ever seen and they still don't fit me. I will let my eight year old daughter use them but I don't think I would recommend them to anyone serious about the sport. She will happily use them to unleash some of that energy that eight year olds have so much! Pay close attention to the pictures so you know you are getting an open glove when you purchase. This limits the type of workouts you can use them for, but others say they love the benefits they give them.
