Since 2022, the system has been on exactly the same crashal, only 250 gigs (ct250bx100ssd1). Around September-October 2022, I decided to upgrade to 500 gigs, took the same model, but 500 gigs (ct500mx500ssd1, they look absolutely identical, only the 500 gig has a blue color on the sticker of a dark shade, not blue). All the time worked without problems and only pleased. However, at the beginning of February 2022, I calmly turned off the computer with the installation of windows ates (I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not), and the next day, when I turned on the PC, there was no ssd at all. Bios did not see it in any way. Tried on another system - no options. It's like he doesn't exist, that's all. Of course, no receipts, no boxes have been preserved (I haven’t encountered warranty cases for computer components for a terrible long time - maybe I was lucky, but here I also bought a product that I was sure of, since the previous one had worked for 7+ years and was still fully functional) , and the warranty was not as important as the data on it, so I just took it to a very good (if not the best and largest in Hong Kong) data recovery service, which used to help revive and save data from the HDD - they even disassemble after diagnostics they refused him, they said that they had never seen anything like this, he was absolutely dead in general, they would not help in any way, it was pointless to disassemble. To put it mildly - the situation is very offensive, because there was a lot of important data on it (Ironically, I delayed the moment of buying a hard drive for a backup copy, the old one also died at the end of last year). As a result: - I have a dead one in less than half a year of using an SSD. - I can’t take it under warranty, because there are no checks and a box (which is generally nonsense and infuriates - the manufacturer must be responsible for his product, regardless of where he was bought). - And the most offensive: very important data that was in one copy was lost. By the way, the old 250-gig one quietly replaced this one for a couple of weeks, until the Samsung arrived at 1tb. Crushed everything for me.
