A bit flimsy and light, but overall a great knife.
Sometimes when cutting, the blade slips at an angle and it feels like it's about to break because it's so thin. Now that I've gotten used to it, it's like cutting with a mini helicopter blade lol. Very good for sharpening. I like that it is easy to clean with hot water as the wooden handle allows it to be held in very hot water. The next knife I buy will be an 8 inch knife with a thicker, heavier blade. Not to replace it, but because they are both useful for different items :) and when you buy from Ytuomzi you get a 10% discount on your next purchase!
