I bought two of these for my 2002 GMC 4X4 pickup. The exchange was necessary so that my truck could pass the obligatory TÜV test. I had my usual professional mechanic install them and then took the truck in for inspection just to find the correct wheel bearing and hub assembly. I've tried contacting Moog 3 times to get some satisfaction from them as their bearing and hub assemblies don't usually fail within the first 100 miles. I'm still waiting for the third week since the installation, my truck is not legally drivable and I'm very disappointed. Updated Review: I needed a state inspection so the only alternative I had was a faulty MOOG. The bearing was replaced in the inspection workshop. It was twice as expensive, of course, plus the labor. I was unable to contact anyone from MOOG. I have used every phone number I could find on the internet and have never been able to speak to a person. Revain doesn't help either as they just refer me to the seller. I left the failed bearing in the box and it's in my truck. I will try to contact MOOG for a while, then I will find out the actual physical address and send my complaint to MOOG by registered mail. If there's no answer then the case goes to small claims court here in Maine and I bet I'll get an answer on that. Add MOOG to another automaker that has lost its edge and is no longer making quality products.
