String of Lights and a Bunch of Giant Witch Hats
So I got a string of tiny lights and a bunch of giant witch hats. There is no way to connect witch hats to headlights, nor was it described in the instructions. You obviously put a witch hat on some lights and hope there is no wind. If there are any smart people who know how to secure large witch hats please let me know.
