The customer support is great! They were always willing to answer any questions I had, even if it was outside of their scope or expertise they could help me work something out with them so that we can get things working again asap! Their billing system also works well - you don't have to worry about getting charged multiple times by mistake while trying to track your transactions through their interface. When there's an error in my account (which happens quite often), sometimes it takes several weeks before someone gets back to me which makes tracking payments tricky at best. This has been our only vendor who will take over hosting services when needed but not charge us extra fees like some other providers do. We use WooCommerce mainly because it allows all types of e-commerce websites to be built without having to learn code first. It would've helped greatly if they offered more options within their platform such as adding additional payment processors besides Stripe.
