After installing this as additional memory (16GB added to 8GB), the computer began crashing under heavy memory usage. Ran pre-boot diagnostics as well as Dell windows diagnostics. Both reported too many memory errors to continue. Called Ebay product support. Agent was very nice, but had to put me on hold to speak to a tech resource after each question. In the end, they offered to refund my order and I will return it. Very disappointing. I had high hopes for a good value on memory, but I guess you get what you pay for.
