At first everything was fine. He left the office for the evening and when he returned the next morning the light on the tank was not on and the heater was filled with brown goo. I removed the heater and it was filled with water. Upon closer inspection a small crack/hole was found in the bottom of the glass tube from which water seemed to slowly seep through the night and must have caused a power surge which cut off the power to the aquarium lights which were connected to the same power strip. I'm lucky my fish is alive. There seems to be WAY too many people having the same problem for this product to be considered safe.
