Review on EasyCal by Eric Young

The ease of use! I am able to quickly get up-to date information about my instrumentation without having to call in or wait around at service center. My team has been so happy using this tool - we haven't had any issues that weren't easily resolved by our techs when they used it while troubleshooting equipment problems (or just general questions). There's not much to dislike here other than maybe how easy some things are made. If you're like me, your day consists mostly of answering emails and phone calls from customers/users who have various question related to their products and services. This makes life easier as well as time efficient since most people tend to ask similar types of questions regarding their devices.
