Review on 💾 Sabrent USB 3.0 to SATA HDD/SSD External Lay-Flat Docking Station [Supports UASP] (EC-DFLT) by Kenny Loeslein

Our home computer suddenly broke and I decided to just buy a new one. Best Buy removed the hard drive and gave it to me. I used to back up all my documents, photos and music, but my wife didn't. I decided to order this item hoping to get their documents and some of the programs I used which were not archived. I have very average computer skills. The hard drive is simply inserted into an external hard drive. You then simply use the USB connection, plug it into your new computer and turn on the device. My new computer was running Windows 10, which was new to me. It took a few minutes to find what Windows 7 called "My Computer" to find the external hard drive. Once I found it, I was able to see all of the user's documents and programs and just copy them over to the new computer. To access the old hard drive, you had to enter an administrator password. I used the password for the old computer but when it was rejected I entered the password for the new computer which worked. Simply unbeatable for the price and the speed. Highly recommended for those who don't back up everything regularly.
