Convenient keyless door, locked exit

Decent, inexpensive replacement for a worn set of locks and a matching latch on the cabin's front entrance door. There are problems with the installation and use. INSTALL - Make sure your previous latch fits snugly and easily into the latch jamb plate and door frame without binding. The electronic bolt does not work correctly in battery operation. This issue is mentioned in the packaged instructions. Proper alignment/adjustment of the striker plate to latch and hold the door in the jamb plate can make it easier to keep the latch centered in the jamb plate. After everything is aligned, don't slam the door. USAGE - Rubber buttons can hang in the holes and cause confusion when using the latch. Your and Electronic Transaction. It can be difficult to tell if a battery powered deadbolt is in the locking or unlocking sequence. The built-in external connection for a backup battery with latching transistor is a nice feature. It's a decent lock for the price and I love the no key required to lock feature. security assessment? Still runs on original lithium batteries, six months of non-daily salon use. Much luck
