I looked for alkaline water and found living water. This jug and filter are very easy to use and a pleasure to use! I washed my pitcher when I got it, air dried it, then put the filter bag in, filled with water, waited 1 minute, drained the water, refilled and waited 5 minutes. The taste was smooth and I could tell the difference between my current Brita jug. I did notice some rust spots after the first few days so I just took a pinch of baking soda and rubbed my fingers in a circular motion, rinsed and they were gone! I am happy with my purchase! Wow wow, no more plastic bottles!
