There really isn't much you can dislike about this software! I have used it in my previous job with another provider and absolutely loved how easy it was. We were able to add multiple reports within minutes of getting set up. With that said, we had issues with integration once we got into the "real world" (multiple users, etc). It took some time figuring out where exactly things needed tweaked but our support rep was there every step of the way if we ran into an issue. This system has made all phases of our service management process easier by far. The reporting options are so flexible - the only thing missing would be having one consolidated report per customer.
