Review on Celestron Nature DX ED 8x42 Premium Binoculars with Extra-Low Dispersion Glass by Jamal Webb

Bought this set as a personal set for my wife and also because the original Nature DX was such great value for money. Compared to the Monarch 5, there really isn't much of a visual difference. The ED glass works quite well, the HA is well controlled and the clarity is excellent. Easy to use, with sufficiently adjustable interpupillary distance for people who wear glasses. The focus knob is smooth and only slightly hard to the touch. Really comfortable to hold, not as comfortable as I would have liked in green (we have the black version). The bundled straps suck, instead I replaced them with a handy spare camera strap.
