Review on High-Performance V Brake Pads for Bicycles - Set of 4 Pairs with Hex Nuts and Spacers - 70 mm V Brake Blocks by James Mcphearson

These things suck, don't buy them.

I always love to look for little gems as I was hoping it was for the bike repairs I'm giving away. However, it is not a jewel. Usually, when tightening the pad, you hold the pad with one hand to keep it from twisting when tightening. If these posts are actually twisted in the pillow, allowing the pillow to twist and turn, there isn't enough floor to stabilize the pillow. This means that even successfully installed ones, given sufficient use and long before the pads wear out, will fail. If you decide to purchase anyway, be aware that the spacers are out of order. One of them didn't have all the gaskets, you have to take them off your old block and the nut is soft and easy to remove. I'm guessing I've run over 10,000 pads and probably closer to 20,000 as a tech and I've never had a pad failure like this. Simply save money.
