Review on Hamilton Beach Red 2-Slice Extra-Wide Slot Toaster with Shade Selector, Auto-Shutoff, Toast Boost, and Cancel Button by Nick Walsh

My first toaster stopped working properly. I have followed all return instructions. Model #Serial Number etc. Bought because of the small size and nice design. However, the toaster is not reliable in its settings. No precision between light, medium or dark toast. When they asked me to take a photo of the serial number and dates on the base of the toaster, I blew my pile. i am senior I don't have a camera phone. I had all the information needed to return this toaster. You are the worst. Who has ever heard of a photo having to be returned. This is not a crime scene! Hamilton Beach is a name I try to avoid.
