Remote control finger meaningless

Seriously?!?! I bought this thing for a finger remote because all those big remotes are cumbersome to carry around. Well, it turns out you have to be within 12 feet of the main remote for the finger remote to work. 🙄 So you still have to carry around a bulky remote to use your finger, which is pretty pointless. I was really hoping it would work and I was willing to shell out the extra $200. but I ended up sending this one back and leaving the cheap $20 unit with Revain. Do the same in comparison side by side, my dog reacted the same way. Oh I really wish it was!
