I use these stereo/anatomical endoscopes regularly for my PhD and this endoscope is good value for money. For $200 you get pretty good image quality at 20x and 40x, and 80x works just as well with some extra light. I bought this to play with the tardigrades at home and they are clearly visible even at the lowest magnification, quite visible at higher magnifications (but again, adding a flashlight to the scope's built-in illumination helps a lot). The accompanying frosted glass and solid black and white background can make a world of difference!
