I have a new faux leather club chair & the faux leather is so cold and slippery. I keep the grandbabies quite often & they are always climbing onto my chair and get their little sticky fingerprints on it or fingernail scratches. So I bought this cover to protect the chair & also to make it less slippery so they won't fall. And in addition it's warmer for me while sitting on it. The cover fit the chair quite nicely & the seat cover fit as well. The fabric is thin but textured (checkered/ribbed) so it's perfect and the price is reasonable too. Finally, I love that it's washable.
