Disappointed, but made it work.
Item arrived with packaging intact, but it was missing several screws and needed repaired before it could be used as three jewelry pegs had been broken off. I contemplated returning it, but since the unsatisfactory issues were related to the product itself and not shipment/damage, I wasn't hopeful that the replacement item would be much better. With about 15 minutes of handiwork, the product was useable. It is not very sturdy, but is working for now.
