Gel packs work great!
I have lower back pain. as a result, I haven't actually used the belt(s) yet. I just loosen my belt, insert the packbetween my pans and shirt snug belt an get instant relief. The belts will come in handy when icing a shoulder, neck or knee.
- The velcrow strap is not more flexible irritates the back of the leg for knees.
- The product may not provide enough pain relief for severe injuries or chronic pain
