Easy to use and install with great support from consultants available all around India. Highly customizable and powerful tool for document management system in any organization with multiple locations or offices across various time zones at local level as well as remote location. Very easy to configure for different type documents such as financial statements, contracts etc., very flexible feature rich storage mediums like fileserver, email integration can be done easily using API's provided by softlab tools, good search options are also there apart form simple text filtering. Good product worth considering if you need an integrated documentmanagement software that integrates emails/attachments into its database apart from file server functionality. Centralized access control mechanism could have been more better but still it works fine though not exactly what I wanted. File servers, Email Integration and Document retrieval & Management capabilities through single platform makes this one.
